ABOUT US
Founded in 2015, in Waterbury, Connecticut, the AI3 Leadership Academy was created with the intent to produce future leaders, both on and off the court. The Leadership Academy focuses on youth development and community leadership, while emphasizing the opportunities that discipline, hard work, and passion can develop. Children will learn the importance of working together, supporting one another and developing positive characteristics while doing something that they love.
